FATHER & SON (taken on Father's Day)

~ its just wonderful to finally celebrate this day
without too much chaos and drama.
(meaning waiting forever for the daughter when Ozzie
wasn't born yet)
Ozzie's sister didn't make it as she was preparing
that day for audition to American idol.
But that didn't stop us from doing something fun
that day :) (and that because we have our loving Ozzie)

My mother in law and I just bought a few little
stuff for Jeff, like new work cotton shirts for
his everyday, and i bought 2 quite cool coffee cups,
he needs 2, one for hot coffee and the other for juice
or soda.

Also when we went to store I let Ozzie choose a musical
card for his dad and he has chosen the "Superman Card"
well, he basically doesn't understand what is going on..YET.
but I thought its cute and sweet and Jeff loves it :)
And I help him sign it..(by holding his hand :)

Same day, we checked out a "taste of kenosha"
close by our house, there wasn't too much exciting going on
and weren't a lot of people, but we had deep fried alligator
with a spicy sauce, and Ostrich burger.
yah, they served pretty good selection of exotic food!
I wasn't too thrilled about the burger but the alligator
i must say pretty awesome and really got that kick which
i love :)

all in all, it was a fun day.
we headed home before dark and enjoyed the rest of the night by
watching (stupid-lol) movie...(American High School)

that stupid OR maybe tired, I fell asleep..while watching.

there you goh!

MY OZZIE'S FIRST HAIRCUT :) THE BEFORE PICTURES

~ OH WELL, the day i made up my mind
that it was about time to have my
baby's very FIRST HAIRCUT,
i have a few reason, plus the fact
that we both started to get irritated about it :)
And its summerush- too warm and sometimes
when get really really warm out and it isn't
pleasant to see him so bothered by it :)
and he hates everytime i tried to tie his hair..
so there you goh!

DURING....

~ IT WAS a fine place for Ozzie's first hair Cut,
the place is pretty friendly, they have the slide
and TV's that plays cartoons and stuff..
ozzie was watching "Dora the Explorer" while she was doing
the hairct..
but his attention went to the comb that
the lady was holding, it was funny
because everytime Ozzie takes it, she has another
one in her pocket....
she's alright, she is more on, "lets get it done right away
kind-of-lady" but she tried to be really patience with ozzie,
and she has to...otherwise...lol

he moved here and there, and bothered by it for a little bit,
but i think it went well for his first time,
he actually did pretty good :)

THE AFTER --NEW LOOK!!!!!

~ I HAVE to admit that i was pretty happy
with the outcome...
and yes, oh what a maintenance now!
i don't even need to comb it after
shower he he he, but never happens
combing his hair no matter HOW short or long
it is, is part of MY EVERYDAY JOY :)
true...i think i love it- he sure does love it :)

GOOD LUCK RACKIE!

I had a really good talk with my step daughter Rackie
last night...as I wished her Good luck for American Idol
Audition...

I am so positive that She will absolutely do amazingly well.

She is a good singer.

And She knows we are all here cheering Out loud for her!

So my dear, Good Luck and this will be a Fabulous Experience for you :)

With all Our love!!

p.s.

i also sent her a text message:

Good Luck to the best sister in a whole wide world!
Your number one fan, your baby brother, Ozzie

I had an idea because when Rackie was singing
in karaoke, Ozzie loves to listen to her..
and its a joy to watch..so i guess as a mother
I just put it into words for her to know :)

Let the Battle begin...

~just one fun day...my baby & hubby had this battle of whatever,

well, sort of who can build the tallest something (legos and stuff)

i grabbed the camera coz it was really fun and they were

both so into it that it was truly a joy to watch...

~ TALKING ABOUT PURE HAPPINESS....

~ AND...SOMEONE GOT A LITTLE PANICKY ...HE THOUGHT HE MIGHT BE IN TROUBLE
WINNING THIS BATTLE..

~ WHOOAH!!--DARN, THAT'S TALL! I THINK I WAS RIGHT...
I MIGHT STILL HAVE A CHANCE...(maybe)

~THE RESULT~
LEFT SIDE- Ozzie's building
RIGHT SIDE- Daddy's

YAH RIGHT :) LOLS. (go figure.)

the best way to eat cereals...

~ sometimes, i don't have any freshly baked snack
for my baby, so i just gave him some cereal
or smoothies, at least "something" (healthy) a few hours before dinner
anything light..

i do not mix the milk if i intend to give
it a snack, unlike if its breakfast, i mix it
with the milk, don't ask me why. i don't have
any particular reason. maybe I am really better
in the morning that I can tolerate the messes
as I am trying to let him eat by himself.

i find it easier to just give it to him this way.
anyways.

i love how he makes that "almost-perfect-line-up-of cereals
and how he separate the dark ones from lighter colors.
i think it looks cool, pretty awesome....

i have so many pictures of him doing this
but this was the recent one, ...lol

enjoy.

Do I look Cool or what???

~ sunglass ni daddy. i really
think na he wears it better than his dad.
lols.

jeff agreed.

VIDEO --Ozzie & His First Easter Bunny given to him last Year 2008

This was Ozzie's First Easter Bunny, given to him last Year by Grammie,
that is why I mentioned it was the bunny's 1st Year Anniversary.
I don't want to take it home, but Grammie said, so he can play it,
its still looks brand new because it was well-kept in her (grammie) super clean
closet.

Grammie's Bunnies Collection

~ my mom-in-law loves to decorate every holiday,
and she does it so well. Here are some of her Bunnies
collection, some of it were really like more than 10 yrs old
but amazingly looks clean, and even look brand-new.
smells good too.

VIDEO -- Musical Card

~ Grammie bought this musical card for Ozzie
she supposed to give it to him on Easter Sunday
but she can't wait to see his reaction.
that was a cute card.

Ozzie & The Easter Musical Card he got from Grammie

Easter Lamb Cake

Mom Decorating the Easter Lamb Cake

~ that's my mom-in-law showing me how to decorate
the Easter Lamb Cake, she bake the pound cake
ahead of time, then she waited for me to get there
so she can show me, how easy it is to decorate.
we don't have the jelly beans, that what she normally use
but the candy mint worked just fine. i think its pretty :)

The Family that colors the Easter Eggs Together STays Together-- Forever :)

~ this is the first time that I did the easter egg coloring,
that was really a lot of fun as a family activity,
jeff is so into it, and tells a lot of fun stories
when they were little, and a lot of memories of his dad.
its always like a music to my ears hearing him telling
a childhood stories and fun times.
ozzie like it for the forst 10 minutes, then he would
rather chased terra around the house and played
with his easter "plastic" eggs.
this activity is totally higly recommended
for ANYBODY of ANY AGE on Easter or whenever, you guys must try this!
super fun!

hANGING out while we were waiting for the Eggs to Dry

~ it takes a few minutes to let it soak, let it dry
before you make another batches. but its all worth waiting :)
fun!fun!fun! (ozzie doesn't feel well here, but he's happy
chillin' w/ dada)

More POst Next time About Our Easter :)

- well, its already past midnight,
i wanted to post more about our activities,
but am pretty tired, so i'll do it next time,
pag sinipag... LOL

I really had a fun Easter this year.
And that's all because of my precious Ozzie.

jeff was totally inspired coloring the eggs.
and that was the first time i did color the eggs
on easter eve. it was fun!

Ozzie broke one, and terra ate it. and that was fun to watch too!
I am grateful we made it to church On Sunday, as a family.
Ozzie was behave for the first 15 min. once he heard the
praising song, he wanted to go down and check where all the music
came from. Then he had his crawling-attack.Like he would rather
crawl and crawl than a normal walk. argh!
jeff is mostly in charge if we are in public-eye.
though of course, we are always a team :)

Then we were able to have lunch and meet my mom-in-law at the resto
then headed to her house for ozzie to see all his presents
and also spent a little time with Grammie.

I will post some neat stuff at my mom-in-law's house
again....next time.

So that's all for now. You guys rocks!

Love to all--- <3

On Our Way to Easter Egg Hunt In Twin Lakes

- this is how he looks like and his mood was when we were on our way
Annual Easter Egg Hunt here in Twin Lakes.

This is Ozzie's First Easter Egg hunt, he wasn't feel good that day,
he had a cold, and runny nose. But it was a sunny day, so we thought
it would be fun. And it was, I don't think he knows exactly what is going on,
because he keeps putting back the eggs on the ground.LOL. So they basically
stayed in one place, and that was it. It was very quick and in minutes the
eggs were all gone. It was crowded. But all in all, it was a great day!
