A Taste of a OH-SO GORGEOUS Weather! (Come Fly with me)

~~ So Jeff had this great idea of Kite-FLying
the day came that we were blessed with
the gorgeous weather, it was windy but really really
so nice!

We headed to the nearby park
and spent a quality family time!

that was an awesome day!

Coloring the Eggs!

~ this is the second year that we did the easter egg coloring,
that was really a lot of fun as a family activity,
jeff is so into it, and tells a lot of fun stories
when they were little, and a lot of memories of his dad.
its always like a music to my ears hearing him telling
a childhood stories and fun times.

ozzie like it for the first 20 minutes (last year was 10 minutes!)
then he decided he'll take all the eggs and roll them
on the floor...

this activity is totally higly recommended
for ANYBODY of ANY AGE on Easter or whenever, you guys must try this!
super fun!

 

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY LOVE!

~~We didn't plan anything spectacular on hubby's special day,
we couldn't get anywhere either just because...
But you know, as long as spent it with your family,
people who matters in your life, that's the real essence of it :)

~~We had pizza for dinner followed by the cake.
It turned out to be a nice night, his daughter came which
always a big plus, and we just spent the rest of the night watched movie.

OUR FABULOUS BIRTHDAY GIRL....RAQUELIE!

Yes, as if yesterday I came here in the U.S. our little girl
Was only 13, last 23rd of March, she turned 19, it was
Funny when she mentioned she feel so old because
She’ll be 20 next year…

She is the kindest daughter that you can imagine,
Every time I get a chance to see her mom, I always
Tell her how she did a good job raising her, and of course
My hubby has a big part of her being blessed that way,
her be into sports and some of those “smarty-pants” related, I think
She learnt most of those because of the influence of her dad.

These past months, she has been very helpful and aware
On what was going on in our lives because she is so matured in her age,
Very smart but also very loving to her family…
She tries so hard to be there whenever she can and we appreciate
And love her even more…

I am so happy when she told me “she is very happy being in a relationship now”,
I am always praying for her to find someone who will respect and love her
Because when she loves someone, she’ll give her the best that she can…
And she deserve to be treated The same and more…

Oh Rackie, we love YOU SO MUCH and we know you know that!
Thanks for being the sweetest, kind-hearted, loving step daughter
In the world…and you are simply the best big sister to Ozzie, Brooklynn & Farrah!

We love you, and always remember, no matter how old you are,
You will always be Daddy’s Little girl…

I was holding Ozzie coz he was trying to blow the birthday candles,

Date Night (March)

~~CHICAGO BLACKHAWKS VS. EDMONTON OILERS

~~Okay here's the thing, we didn't plan to have that day
to be "our date night", we supposed to go with our couple
friends, but something happened that day that of course,
I can't say here with all do respect to my dear friend :)

~~ to make the story short, me & hubby decided to went!
since I haven't experienced watching a live hockey game,
we thought let's just make it our date night, whatever,
also, we have set up everything, my fabulous step-daughter
baby sat ozzie, and we actually thought of giving her the ticket
but happened she couldn't get anybody to go with her and she also
suggested that we just go since she's there already anyway...

~~ about the game, we were standing, ha hah. I know! what the what?
what did i know? as short that I am, surely hubby warned me
when he found out it was standing, but we still bought the ticket
anyway. It was ok, I love the energy of the crowd, and the noise
and everything, I was a little disappointed that we didn't sing
the US national anthem (i love it kasi!), they gave tribute to
Canadian-American who won the gold medal in Olympics, so they played the Canadian
national anthem instead...

~~ So you may notice the picture, yes, we are on top
of the world, ha hah, very very very far away :)
at least my tiny camera has a pretty good zoom-in thingie :)
That still turned out to be a FUN night for me & hubby :)
